As of now, for women's clothing we can only ship to Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, South Africa, Canada, Mexico, United States

For other products we ship to United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia, with full tracking number on all orders.

We do support USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, NZD, JPY, HKD, SGD. You can select the currency from the currency selector in the header or footer.

It takes around 2-5 business days for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes about 10-18 business days for the item to be delivered to destination. There can be delays beyond our control such as holiday, customs and postal service delays.

Return

We are NOT able to accept returns for international orders at the moment.

Refund  


We initiate the refund process if there is a problem with the fulfillment at our end. For example,

We don’t have a return policy as of now because it costs us a hefty amount when we ship the product back from international to our warehouse. However, in most cases, we will refund to you if it meet certain criteria. To read more about our refund policy Click here.

Please note that once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed and we are not able to fund you. But please get in touch with support@lezsushop.com as soon as possible to see if we can help with anything.

If you have miss-spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, please contact us via email at support@lezsushop.com as soon as possible. Please mention your order number and you need to change address in the email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order is being shipped. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to be effective.

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.

If you have a multi-item orders, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest, so there is a possibility that your multi-item orders may come in different packages.
