Shipping and Delivery Policy

Destinations

Currently, for women's clothing and accessories we can only ship to United States, for other products we can ship to United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia, with full tracking number on all orders.

Processing Time and Delivery Time

It takes around 2-5 business days for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 10 to 18 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as holiday, customs and postal service delays.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, your delivery time might be extended up to extra 10-15 days. The reasons are due to lack of flights and problems at the customs. Please be patient.

Shipping fee

We offer free standard shipping for all orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order is being shipped. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to be effective.

Shipping Address Changes

Please note that once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Multi items being shipped in different packages

If you have a multi-item orders, there is a possibility that each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.

Duties & Taxes

Most products are subject to the payment of import duties (e.g. in the U.S.) or other duties, and other charges including value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes. If these are applicable, they will be levied and determined when the shipment is processed by the applicable customs agency in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand and ascertain the applicability of and your liability for any such duties or taxes for the products you purchase.


All applicable duties and taxes, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then they are your sole and exclusive responsibility, and shall be paid by you directly to your government or to the courier company, when the products are delivered.

Payment of the above-referred duties, charges and taxes are not our responsibility.

We shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
