Where do you ship?
As of now, for women's apparel products, we can only ship to United States, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, South Africa, Israel, Egypt, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Philippines, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
For other products, we ship to United States, Canada, Mexico, and Australia, with the full tracking numbers on all orders.
What currency are the prices do I see on the site?
We do support USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, NZD, JPY, HKD, SGD. You can select the currency from the currency selector in the header or footer.
How much does the shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of Usd 5.00 for all countries with standard shipping, if you spend more than Usd 50, shipping will be free.
How long does it take for the standard shipping time?
It takes around 2-5 business days for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes about 10-18 business days for the item to be delivered to its destination. There can be delays beyond our control such as holidays, customs, and postal service delays.
What is your return and refund policy?
For women’s apparel and accessories:
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, and beauty products are final sale.
All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.
For other products:
We don’t have a return policy as of now because it costs us a hefty amount when we ship the product back from the US to our warehouse. However, in most cases, we will refund to you if it meets certain criteria.
We initiate the refund process if there is a problem with the fulfillment at our end. For example,
- Total delivering time exceeding 45 business days.( counted from the date that you send the payment)
- Products Out of Stock
- Products Unable to Ship
- Incorrect or Missing Parts
- Missing Packages
Note: Shipments can be delayed due to public holidays, such as Chinese New Year. In such scenarios, there will be no refund.

How can I make a return?
- Please submit your return & exchange request via contact us message box, provide with order and tracking number, we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Once the return is received, we will email you to confirm receipt of the item.
- After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business daysfrom the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You should see the refund within 10-15 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Can I cancel my order?
Please note that once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed and we are not able to fund you. But please get in touch with email@example.com as soon as possible to see if we can help with anything.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please mention your order number and you need to change the address in the email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Can I check the tracking numbers?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order is being shipped. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for the tracking information to be effective.
Order is marked as delivered - but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have multi-item orders, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest, so there is a possibility that your multi-item orders may come in different packages.
